Disclaimer: due to the nature and of my current position and some contractual aspects, it is not possible to present a detailed description or actual work samples of the past years, however here is short overview of my current daily work, methodologies, and activities I have worked with during my agency work. I would gladly talk about actual work examples in more detail in a private meeting.

Method and scope of work

The biggest workload throughout the week, my daily business, comprises the support and implementation of the client projects I am involved with. This includes regular appointments internally and externally to discuss the advancements of the work, as well as the actual UI/UX Design work based on the design sprints and other necessities of the clients.

• UI/UX Design: Depiction and exploration of current UX tickets in Figma, with the results being delivered via external project management platforms and also discussed regularly with the contact persons from the client side.

• UX Research and User Testing: In some cases, there is the necessity to dive a bit deeper into the necessities and objectives of the client, and utilise some other tools such as UX Research and User Testing in order to provide the best-tailored solution, since some functionalities affect a huge number of end users.

Apart from the daily design business I am also involved internally in some of the strategic planing and the consulting aspects in regard to the projects I work on, supporting my team lead.
Client profile and platform

The current palette of clients whose projects I am supporting and have previously supported are huge companies of the transport, telecommunications and payment sectors in the german and DACH context.

I have so far had the privilege of working with various platforms for such clients, including internal platform solutions, websites, landing pages, mobile-first applications and web applications, entertainment portals, among others.
Further activities

Aside from the daily business, I was able to be part of many other challenging but very interesting and enriching work experiences, such as:

• Active conduction of customer surveys in an external context, in order to hear and collect real time insights from the end users of our solution in a real usage situation.

• Active preparation and participation in multiple workshops, including an extensive Figma Enabling training prepared for one of our clients on site.

• Fomenting and working with crucial aspects of interface design such as improving the accessibility of the client products, affecting an enorm amount of users.

• Taking active part on a number of internal activities of the company, as for instance the Girl's Day 2024 initiative. We presented our field of work for a whole day to a group of young girls, in order to give first insights into the day-to-day life of the company and the design field.
